Second Amendment

The Second Amendment will be a corner stone of my campaign. I pledge to support it as defined in the Platform of the Constitution Party, "The Right to keep and bare arms is unequivocally guaranteed by the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights" !

If elected, I will sponsor legislation to permit citizens to defend themselves, their families, and their property using deadly force. All liabilities would be assigned to the "Intruders"!

As a Congressman, I would work closely with the "Gun Owners of America (GOA)" on National Second Amendment issues. Also. I would work closely with the "Kentuckians for the Right to Bear Arms (KRBA)" and the State Lobby Group, "Take Back Kentucky" (TBK).
